		<description>I like this idea.  I like the shoeshine one, but that will go on forever.  One of the barbers that you have on Bway south of City Hall is in the building that moved people to create the Building Code of 1917.  You might also indicate that you are looking for barbershops that you have to pay to get into (like the latin music store at Times Square) - you have to be in the subway system to go there.  If I were to do this it would be barbers who speak so much Italian that you can't understand them and they are over 68.
